We understand things can go wrong, and at Aztren, we’re committed to making it right.
Eligible Exchange Cases:
You may request an exchange only if the product has:
- Damaged or defective prints
- Manufacturing issues
- Mistakes made by our team
Non-Eligible Exchange Cases:
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
- Personal preference or design changes after placing the order
Claim Deadline:
All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
How to Request an Exchange:

- Share your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a short explanation.
- Once verified, we will send a free reprint of the item.
You don’t need to return the damaged product—we handle it hassle-free.
