Eligible Exchange Cases:

You may request an exchange only if the product has:

  • Damaged or defective prints
  • Manufacturing issues
  • Mistakes made by our team

Non-Eligible Exchange Cases:

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
  • Personal preference or design changes after placing the order

Claim Deadline:

All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

How to Request an Exchange:

  2. Share your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a short explanation.
  3. Once verified, we will send a free reprint of the item.

You don’t need to return the damaged product—we handle it hassle-free.
